About Sarah Badger
Massage Therapist
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- First Aid Training
- Registered Member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia
Background:
Sarah has always enjoyed learning, specifically about human biology. This interest in the body was ignited when studying massage at CIT.
She discovered how much happiness is experienced by both the therapist and the client when a treatment plan begins the steps to a pain free life.
Sarah believe it is always possible to improve yourself and explaining how our muscles work, how they can affect our posture, how they can be damaged, how they can heal and how they can be helped will enrich the clients mind, as well as providing them with a different perspective to how they move and continue living their lives.
Special Interests:
Sarah's favourite modality is Trigger Point Therapy, though I make sure to incorporate relaxation techniques throughout my treatment because the last thing I want to be known as is “the Pokey Therapist”.
During Sarah's free time, when not continuing her education, she complete puzzles, read books, play video games, binges on TV shows and movies, and spend time with her dog Mindy.
